J's comment > rich but not too sweet nor heavy; strong chocolate flavors; loved the truffle mousse-like pastry item on top

#48 "PO-TAY-TO PO-TAH-TO": Sage, Cinnamon and Purple Potato Hot Chocolate in Michel Cluizel Mokaya, served w a toasted yam marshmallow - 2

J's comment > sadly not as good as last visit's; too much sugar around the rim and not enough taro flavor; marshmallow good, but yam flavor also not as strong as remembered; foam also not as foamy (the highlight of last visit's hot chocolate) and disappeared within a min or two 

#47 "SAKE TO ME" Kasu Hot Chocolate, infused in Valrohna Dulcey served w a Caramelized Nori Mini Pavlova - 2

J's comment > didn't get much chocolate or sake flavor but the kasu (lees from the sake) had an intriguing unique flavor, reminding me of caramel; pavlova decent
