"ST. DOMINIQUE" The base of this hot chocolate is 67% Los Ancones chocolate by Michel Cluizel, served w a Tonka Bean cream Choux - 2

J's comment > slightly thicker than the other gourmet hot chocolates that I've tried so far but actual chocolaty flavor not much different (at least this one wasn't too milky); this glass actually kept the hot chocolate hot all the way unlike the one at Bel Cafe which was lukewarm from start to finish;


pretty sure that the choux described in the ad got subbed for the piece of OK chocolate on the side
