"The Dutch Baby", cow's milk ricotta, fresh fruit, bourbon barrel-aged maple syrup - 2

J's comment > not bad; like a very thick pannekoeken, esp the center; edges were slightly crisp, but would have liked it to be even more so; the jam was what really made this though, as the tartness helped to cut through the egg and cream batter; generous amt of fresh fruits; would have also like a lot more cheese and a touch more maple syrup, although I didn't get the 'bourbon' part at all
