Peking Duck: 1 course - 2

J's comment > not bad; we asked for more meat on the skin and was advised that would be considered a 2 course; true to form, there was more meat on the skin than last visit's but I thought there could have been even more meat; 75% of the skin was crisp but there were some semi-soft ones; nonetheless, color was right and there was very little fat under the skin; at the very least, better than Dynasty

Xiao long bao - 2

J's comment > not bad; not as good as Su Hang but these will definitely do in a pinch

Shrimp dumpling (har gao) - 2

J's comment > very sticky wrapper but shrimp very fresh and bouncy
