Cheddie Veddar: Aged cheddars, sriracha & garlic butter - 2

J's comment > not bad; very gooey cheese; hint of spice courtesy of the sriracha; would have liked a stronger flavor cheese; didn't get the garlic, but there was definitely a lot of butter :D; crust a touch too hard though, but center was definitely soft and yummy

Art Basil: Gruyere, fontina, basil & honey - 2

J's comment > not bad; another gooey cheese, and yet again, would have liked a stronger cheese, but still good; very strong basil and honey notes though; as above, crust a touch too hard for my liking
