Mango fresh cream cake - 2

J's comment > not bad; fluffy, spongy cake w sweet mango, but I would have liked even more cream

Mango pancake - 2

J's comment > not bad; essentially the same ingredients as the mango cake above but mangoes here were a touch tarter

Taro cake - 2

J's comment > not bad; loved the taro cream on the side; taro puree in the center also good, but again, I prefer cream

Chocolate mocha cake - 2

J's comment > chocolate mousse on top deceptively soft; it was actually firmer than I like; cake base was a bit dry; would have been better if the mousse was sectioned in between layers instead of just plonked on top

American Cheesecake - 2

J's comment > as w most Asian bakeries, cheesecake had gelatin added to the mix to 'firm it up' without adding too much cheese; not a fan of this method

Black sesame cake - 1

J's comment > sesame was mealy; cake was dry and hard; needs a lot more cream
