J's comment > not bad on the Carnitas and Al pastro, but something was missing... tortillas were same as usual, decent holders for the fillings; both types of fillings were greasier than usual and flavors were a little less pronounced; the pickled onions and pineapples usually topped off the fillings marvelously, cutting through the fat, but this time the addition of these two items just didn't work the same, as a result flavors were quite one-dimensional; Res Cascabel reminded me of the kind of ground beef in a chili without the spice
