Beef Dip: Slow roasted prime rib, gouda, roasted garlic aioli, jus - 2

Truffle Cheese Steak: Slow roasted prime rib, caramelized peppers, caramelized onions, smoked provolone, truffle aioli - 2

Pork Belly BLT: Beer & brown suger glazed pork belly, leaf lettuce, tomato, slider sauce - 2

Tater Tots - 2

J's comment > not bad on the beef sliders; beef very tender and juicy; good ratio of everything listed except for the aioli mayos which were way too much; pork was sadly a bit dry despite being pork belly; buns were of the brioche type, soft but firm, and a bit too much bun to beef (actually to be fair I do always eat my burgers open faced as I prefer more meat to bun ratio); tater tots were of the avg supermarket variety, crisp but greasy
