Galbi-tang: Hearty beef soup w beef short-ribs - 2

J's comment > not bad; very tender and generous amt of beef, very easy to get at w the tongs provided; soup OK, but almost bland; needs a lot more glass noodles

#14 Galbi: Wholesome grilled beef short-ribs marinated in authentic Korean barbecue sauce - 2

J's comment > not bad; tender beef all pre-cut up to prevent gnawing at the table; each piece of beef had a bit of crunch from the gristle (my fav); flavor a bit salty and I suspect MSG though; sadly not as impressive as previous visits

#13 Beef Ricecakes: Popular Korean rice-cakes w vegetables, half a hard-boiled egg and beef in red pepper sauce - 2

J's comment > rice cakes a bit on the firm side but soft enough for that mochi texture; very spicy sauce; needs more beef

#6 Jjin Mandu: Steamed Korean style hearty pork dumplings (5 pcs) - 2

J's comment > avg dumplings; firm wrapping w a durable wrapper; lots of filling, just missing the pork

Complimentary sides - 2

J's comment > even the beans which were really addictive from last two visits ago were just 'meh'; I suspect the original chef has been replaced
